Extended abstracts (two to four pages maximum) must be written in English and be prepared using the Microsoft Word template available on the dedicated link Please strictly follow the instructions on the template.
After completing the Word document, save it in PDF and send both Word and .pdf versions to helix.estg@ipleiria.pt, together with the following completed submission form (link below).
The submission form must contain information from the corresponding author, who will receive email messages regarding acceptance and/or review request.
Accepted abstracts can only be presented if one of the authors is registered at the conference as a presenter. A registered presenter can author/co-author as many works as they wish, with a maximum of two.
Once the abstract has been accepted, the author(s) will be invited to write a full paper to be published in the conference proceedings book.
Topics: please select between 1 and 3 of the topics below in order to fit the work into the most appropriate sessions in the final program.

Eligibility: Authors of submissions accepted and presented at the Helix’24 Regional Conference.
Criteria: Results of reviews and voting by session chairs, taking especially into account the quality, originality, and attractiveness of the presentation.
Presentation: During the Closing Ceremony of the Helix’24 Regional Conference.
